Step by Step Instructions to begin your journey.

1. You will be receiving 2 emails with login information and your password. Follow this information in these emails to enter our Team Defiant course.
2. Download the Kajabi app to your phone and enter your login information. Once you are in the course, your journey begins.
3. To start, begin with the Basic Foundations Course. Watch the videos and move step by step through the course.
4. The next part of the course is the Complete Thyroid Fix Master Class. Move through all the course materials and be sure to go to the resources folder if you are looking for a download that was mentioned.
5. The last part of the course to watch is Keto 4 the Week.
